Delivery
- FREE next day nationwide delivery for all stationery orders placed over £100 net *delivery is usually within 24 hours for items that are in stock, however during busy courier times please allow up to 48 hours
- £8.00 per delivery for staitonery orders under £100
- £6.50 delivery for chair orders under £50
- £20 delivery for furniture orders under £300
- FREE delivery for furniture orders over £300
Returns
- Shortages and damaged goods must be reported within 3 working days of receipt
- Non required and incorrectly ordered items may be returned within 7 working days of delivery and may be subject to a 20% handling charge. All returns must be in original packaging and in a resalable condition in order to be returned
- To request a return for incorrectly ordered items or damaged goods please contact us with your delivery note number, product code and quantity within the required time frame
